After our recent launch of CRYPTOGON, it is safe to say this latest & exciting way to test Heroes, build strategies and beat a fellow ChainZ Arena Champion, has become rather popular.

As Cryptogon is new & may be unfamiliar to some or you may just have some questions on the game itself. We have compromised the how, what, why and when of Crytogon. Or better yet a run down & a user friendly way find out all there is to know on how to play this trendy new feature.

with that said now lets run you through on how to play in Cryptogon.

To get started: Go into Arena and then click on Cryptogon as seen in the images below:

Once you are in Cryptogon you will have an option to Create Crytogon or Challenge someone. Here there will be two things to remember, when you create a cryptogon you will be in “defending mode” and when you challenge someone your team needs to be set up in an “attacking mode”

Choose either to create a new Cryptogon or Challange someone else!

When you click Create Cryptogon or even when attacking you will get a set of 15 random Heroes, as seen bellow:

You will need to pick your Heroes here in your favorite formation keeping in mind the one that you think will get you the best outcome.

*Remember as much as it matters which Heroes you pick it also matters what formation you put them in. It is all about trial and error and what works best for you.*

  1. Formation rules: Max Warriors x2 and Max Priests x2 , Water Iris can not be used.

If you are not happy with the Heroes you have received you can cycle through a new set of random heroes. This is done by clicking the refresh button as seen in (2) above.

*Note: This recycle will consume 2 SOUL from your account.

Once you are happy with the team of Heroes you have picked simply click on Confirm.

Once you have clicked confirm, if you have chosen to battle against someone it will simply take you to the battle.

However if you have chosen to create a brand new cryptogon and not battle anyone and you are waiting on someone to challenge you, then you will get a new screen, as seen below:

when you see the above screen/image pick what you want to battle for, ie. you can choose SOUL or any of the 3 other currencies (ETH, EOS or TRX)! Then select the amount you want.

NOTE: When playing with cryptocurrency Cryptogons a random reward will be shown with multiples of 1.5x, 2x, 5x, 10x, 20x and 50x. When playing a crpytogon with 1x ,2X or 5X rewards, the loser of the match will receive SOUL.

and thats it folks!… you are now ready to play Cryptogon!

But wait there is more….

Some important things to know:

To check the log history of your cryptogon battles click on the “Cryptogon Log” here you will be able to see your wins and losses!

Where are my winnings?

If you are “Attacking / Challenging” your winnings will simply be added onto your balances.

If you are Defending / Created a new Cryptogon and you have won /lost you will need to collect your winnings / Soul (if you lost) from the “ Mail ” section of the game, as seen below:
